About Us

The Del Rio Post is a local news platform built by members of the Del Rio community, for the Del Rio community. Real News. Local News.

The people behind the Post are your neighbors. We've chosen to remain anonymous so the focus stays where it belongs: on the stories, not on us.

What we stand for

We report the facts and let them speak for themselves. No spin, no agenda, and no telling you what to think. Every story is built on public records, official sources and on-the-record information, with links so you can check the facts yourself. We cover Del Rio and Val Verde County, including City Hall, the County, our schools, public safety and health, and give every side a fair hearing.

If we get something wrong, we'll fix it openly and quickly.
